Gnosis is the teams "Director", and has already made music videos for the team, as well as a short film entitled Sworn By Secrecy. Gnosis is also currently working on a second film, this one full length, entitled The Kill, and hopes to release a few more music videos for the team as well as an album of his own. The fourth and last member of the team is one of the most important... Poise is Air It Out Music's official in-house producer. Poise has currently worked with Ruel on THE RUEL BOOK, and plans to release a mixtape (Nutcrackerz-N-Piff), and album of his own. The code that this team lives by is simple... Work. Nothing worth having ever came easily or for free, so this team works around the clock to maintain it's integrity and connection with it's supporters.
